Corn: As of 7:45- 4 higher

Santa appears to be day late for corn longs this morning. Friday ended the day and the week lower shrugging off the announcement of 110.8 sale to unknown. Export inspections will be out this morning at 10 am cdt. 43.8 mbu needed to meet pace, exceeding last week’s 30.3. Other than that news appears to be light as we work through the holiday season.

Soybeans: As of 7:45- oc13 higher , nc 9 higher

Soybeans ended the week last week on a lower note as the trade continues to watch SA weather, specifically Argentine rainfall. Moisture did fall in much needed area’s with more in the forecast for this week. Export inspections released this morning at 10 am cdt- 26 mbu needed to keep pace vs. 63.6 last week. We did bounce last night most likely a technical bounce.

Wheat: As of 7:45- HRS 3 higher, HRW 6 higher

Snow/rain falling over much of the HRW growing area over the weekend. Very little news as we work through this holiday season. Export inspections this morning out at 10am cdt- 18.3 mbu needed to meet expectations vs. 17.6 last week. We are higher overnight on spillover strength from row crops. Dollar index is mixed to higher. Technically we remain in the range we have been in since the end of Nov.
